How is the final cost calculated?
The final cost is a sum of the base venue rental fee plus any additional services you select, such as catering, advanced AV equipment, or special staffing. We provide a fully itemized quote after our initial consultation, ensuring complete transparency with no hidden fees.
Can I bring in my own vendors (e.g., catering, AV)?
While we highly recommend our in-house teams for a seamless experience, we do allow external vendors. Please note that external vendors must provide proof of insurance and may be subject to a landmark fee. Our team will coordinate with them to ensure they meet our venue's standards and technical requirements.
Is a deposit required to secure a date?
Yes, to officially reserve your preferred date and venue, we require a signed contract and a deposit of 50% of the estimated total cost. This deposit guarantees your booking and allows our team to begin the detailed planning process for your event.

Every VenuEx room comes equipped with a core set of professional-grade tools to ensure your presentation is seamless. This includes a ceiling-mounted 4K laser projector, an integrated sound system with wireless microphones, and controllable lighting. Our on-site technicians will assist with setup and remain on standby to provide support throughout your event.

For setup, we provide dedicated loading docks and service elevators for your vendors, with access available prior to the event by arrangement. Professional cloakroom services and a fully staffed registration area can also be provided to welcome your attendees.
